- MAJEWSKI, famille du Royaume de Pologne et du Grand duché de Lithuanie anoblie en 1776 en Prusse orientale. C'est une famille est ancienne de Warmie, Kuropatnicki, Kwidzyn (Marienwerer).

Famille polonaise, appartenant au clan héraldique STARYKON, qui résidait autrefois en Warmie (Voïvodie de Varmie-Mazurie) pendant une courte période, dont un membre a obtenu la noblesse prusienne pour service dans l'armée.

A propos de ceux-ci, les anciens auteurs et selon l'Armorial polonais de Niesiecki disent que cette famille a quitté "Kuropatnicki" (Powiat de Gryfino, Poméranie-Occidentale) pour des raisons inconnues.
On sait que Michał MAJEWSKI, était écrivain municipal de Łuck et secrétaire municipal de Nowogrod, vers 1757.
Jan MAJEWSKI de la voïvodie de Sieradz, Samuel de la voïvodie de Bełże et Maciej de la voïvodie de Płock ont signé l'élection de Stanisław August Król (Stanisław II August, né Stanisław Antoni Poniatowski, en 1732 à Wołczyn, décédé en 1798 à Saint-Pétersbourg, roi de Pologne dans les années 1764-1795, dernier souverain du royaume polono-lituanien.).

Armoiries "LEW", qui se présentent comme suit :
" De gueules, au lion d'or, debout sur ses pattes postérieures, la langue pendante, la queue retournée. "
- Cimier: cinq plumes de paon sur le casque.
Ces armoiries ont été accordées à Szymon MAJEWSKI par le diplôme de J. K. Mści le 20 mai 1776. Signé, sur la base de la constitution de 1775, avec le consentement unanime des états au Sejm de Varsovie, qui a adopté une résolution admettant à Szymon MAJEWSKI, ainsi que ses successeurs, les droits et privilèges de la noblesse dans le royaue de Pologne et de Lituanie.
- Ledit Szymon MAJEWSKI a engendré un fils, Antoni, avec Teofila née ANTOSZEWSKI, son épouse.

About these, ancient authors and according to the Polish Armorial of Niesiecki say that this family left "Kuropatnicki" (Powiat of Gryfino, West Pomerania) for unknown reasons.
It is known that Michał MAJEWSKI was a municipal writer in Łuck and municipal secretary of Nowogrod, around 1757.
Jan MAJEWSKI from Sieradz Voivodeship, Samuel from Bełże Voivodeship and Maciej from Płock Voivodeship signed the election of Stanisław August Król (Stanisław II August, born Stanisław Antoni Poniatowski, in 1732 in Wołczyn, died in 1798 in St. Petersburg, king of Poland in the years 1764-1795, last ruler of the Polish-Lithuanian kingdom.).

Polnische Familie aus der heraldischen Sippe STARYKON, die früher kurze Zeit im Ermland (Woiwodschaft Ermland-Masuren) ansässig war und von der ein Mitglied für den Militärdienst den preußischen Adelsstand erlangte.

Darüber sagen antike Autoren und laut dem polnischen Wappen von Niesiecki, dass diese Familie „Kuropatnicki“ (Powiat von Gryfino, Westpommern) aus unbekannten Gründen verlassen hat.
Es ist bekannt, dass Michał MAJEWSKI um 1757 Stadtschreiber in Łuck und Stadtsekretär von Nowogrod war.
Jan MAJEWSKI aus der Woiwodschaft Sieradz, Samuel aus der Woiwodschaft Bełże und Maciej aus der Woiwodschaft Płock unterzeichneten die Wahl von Stanisław August Król (Stanisław II. August, geboren als Stanisław Antoni Poniatowski, 1732 in Wołczyn, gestorben 1798 in St. Petersburg, zum König von Polen). Jahre 1764-1795, letzter Herrscher des polnisch-litauischen Königreichs.

Dieses Wappen wurde Szymon MAJEWSKI durch das Diplom von J. K. Mści am 20. Mai 1776 verliehen. Unterzeichnet auf der Grundlage der Verfassung von 1775 mit einstimmiger Zustimmung der Staaten im Warschauer Sejm, der einen Beschluss zur Zulassung verabschiedete Szymon MAJEWSKI sowie seine Nachfolger die Rechte und Privilegien des Adels im Königreich Polen und Litauen.
- Der besagte Szymon MAJEWSKI zeugte mit seiner Frau Teofila, geborene ANTOSZEWSKI, einen Sohn, Antoni.

Lew żółty w czerwonem polu, stojący na tylnych nogach, w prawą tarczy obrócony, z językiem wywieszonym, z ogonem do góry zadartym, a na hełmie pięć piór pawich.
Ten herb nadany Szymonowi MAJEWSKIemu przez diploma J. K. Mści dnia 20. miesiąca Maja 1776. r. podpisane, na fundamencie konstytucyi roku 1775. za jednomyślną zgodą stanów na sejmie w Warszawie zgromadzonych uchwalonej, przypuszczającej Szymona MAJEWSKIego, wraz z sukcesorami onegoż do praw i klejnotu szlacheckiego w koronie i w W. Ks. Litewskiem, oraz wszelkich prerogatyw.
Rzeczony Szymon MAJEWSKI z Teofilą z Antoszewskich, małżonką swoją spłodził syna jednego ANTONIEGO.
