L'écu aux trois têtes, mais posé de profil, apparaît pour la première fois sur le sceau de Henning Below à partir de 1354 (Tab. XII. N° 3)
et de même de Junghe Henning Below à partir de 1409 (tous deux de St.-A. Schlawe).
Les informations plus récentes diffèrent en ce qui concerne la forme des bacchantes s'écartent plusieurs fois de la description ci-dessus et les uns des autres lesquelles différences doivent être considérées comme non moins arbitraires que le fait que, selon les nouvelles empreintes de sceaux disponibles, la tête du casque est ornée d'une queue de paon et que le grand-père du propriétaire respectif de Runow a combiné les armoiries décrites dans l'article précédent avec son bouclier, carré en un, et orné des deux casques.
- 1354, laissé à Peter et Lorenz, seigneur de Schlawe, Jasco, seigneur de Rügenwalde, Carl von Massow, Abraham von Palow et Henning Below de la ville de Schlawe, le village de Schwenzenhagen, sur lequel se trouve le sceau mentionné ci-dessus.
- 1409, Pennekow est mentionné comme Sißgut de Junghe Henning ci-dessous. (St.-A. Schlawe).
- 1410, Olde Henning Below, Duc Bogislai Rath, signe un document en tant que témoin, sur quoi Paul Kranksporn a vendu sa part dans les domaines Lantow et Suckow au duc Bogislaus.
- 1513, Georg Below et Jacob Kleist ont été comparés par le duc Bogislaus X en raison d'une lande contestée entre Dobberzin et Schlennewiß.
- 1536 nomment Barnim et Philippe, Ducs de Poméranie, qu'Anton Below à son avocat à la Cour de chambre du Reich, où Johannes Molner l'avait accusée d'avoir apporté des innovations dans les coutumes et les cérémonies de l'église.
- 1604, Bertram von Below auf Garz devint le 17 mars, conseiller privé et directeur de la cour du duc Bogislaus, le 1er juillet 1629 prélat à Cammin, et en 1633 bailli à Stolp.
Selon un échantillon de l'année dernière, la famille possédait les domaines de Wusterwiß, Peest, Starniß, Pennekow, Saleske et Gasse dans ce Landvoigtei, dont ils devaient fournir 14 chevaux adultes et une voiture avec 6 chevaux.
- 1743, d'après les lettres de fief et les registres d'hommage, les biens de Lindow, Pustemin, Dünow, Muddel, Meidinck, Seehof, Klein-Waldhof, Machmin, Strellin, Vigelow et Stegelin, en partie à Stolpfchen viennent en partie à Rügenwaldeschen.
Dans le district de Schlawer, le même possède désormais Runow, Seehof, Pennekow (avec Heinrichsfelde, Klein-Waldhof et Neu Pennekow), Groß-Waldhof (avec des parts de Thiene), Dunnow, Lindow, Muddel, Medenick, Reddentin, Symbow et Saleske ; à Lauenburg-Bütowschen, l'Allodialgut, Roslafin et Schimmerwit f., puis Gaß im Stolper et Suliß dans le Rummelsburger Kreise.
Dans le quartier de Greifswald, une veuve von Below possède les domaines Salchow et Gargelin.

- Auf dem gekrönten Helme ein ebensolcher Kopf.
- Helmdecken blau und silbern.
Der Schild mit den drei Köpfen, aber im Profil gestellt, erscheint zuerst auf dem Siegel des Henning Below von 1354 (Tab. XII . No. 3) und eben so des Junghe Henning Below von 1409 (beide St.-A. Schlawe).
Neuere Angaben weichen hinsichtlich der Form der Müßen mehrfach von obiger Veschreibung wie untereinander ab, welche erschiedenheiten nicht weniger für willkührlich gehalten werden dürfen, als dass nach vorliegenden neuen Siegel-Abdrücken der Kopf auf dem Helme mit einem Pfauenwedel besteckt wird. und daſs der Großvater des jeßigen Gutsbesißers auf Runow das im vorhergehenden Artikel beschriebene Wappen mit dem ſeinigen in inem quadrirten, mit beiden Helmen gezierten Schilde verbunden hat.
- 1354 überlassen Peter und Lorenz. Herren von Slawe, Jasco, Herr zu Rügenwalde, Carl von Maſſow, Abraham von Palow und Henning Below der Stadt Slaw das Dorf Schwenzenhagen, an welcher Urkunde fich das oben bezeichnete Siegel befindet.
- 1409 wird Penne kow als Sißgut des Junghe Henning Below genannt ( St.-A. Schlawe).
- 1410 unterschreibt Olde Henning Below, Herzog Bogislai Rath, als Zeuge eine Urkunde wonach Paul Krankſporn seinen Antheil in den Gütern Lantow und Suckow an den Herzog Bogislaus verkauft.
- 1513 werden Georg Below und Jacob Kleist vom Herzog Bogis laus X. wegen eines zwischen Dobberzin und Schlennewiß gelegenen streitigen Moors verglichen. 1536 ernennen Barnim und Philipp. Herzoge von Pommern, den Anton Below zu ihrem Anwalt beim Reichs-Kammer-Gericht, wo Johannes Molner sie wegen vorgenom mener Neuerungen in den Kirchengebräuchen und Ceremonien angeklagt hatte.
- 1604, Bertram von Below auf Garz wurde am 17. März, Geheimer Rath und Hofgerichts-Director des Herzogs Bogislaus, am 1. Juli 1629 Prälat zu Cammin, und war 1633 Landvoigt zu Stolp.
Nach einer Musterrolle von leßterem Jahre besaß das Geschlecht in dieser Landvoigtei damals die Güter Wusterwiß, Peest, Starniß, Pennekow, Saleske, Gaße, von welchen es 14 reifige Pferde und einen Rüftwagen mit 6 Pferden zu stellen hatte.
- 1743. Bis zum Jahr 1743 waren nach Lehnbriefen und Huldigungsregistern dazu noch die Güter Lindow, Pustemin, Dünow, Muddel, Meidinck, Seehof, Klein- Waldhof, Machmin, Strellin. Vigelow und Stegelin, theils im Stolpfchen theils im Rügenwaldeschen gekommen.
Im Schlawer Kreiſe beſißt dasselbe jezt Runow, Seehof, Pennekow (mit Heinrichsfelde, Klein-Waldhof und Neu Pennekow), Groß-Waldhof ( mit Antheil Thiene), Dunnow, Lindow, Muddel, Medenick, Reddentin, Symbow und Saleske ; im Lauenburg-Bütowſchen das Allodialgut Roslafin und Schimmerwit f.. dann Gaß im Stolper und Suliß im Rummels burger Kreise.
Im Greifswalder Kreiſe beſißt eine Wittwe von Below die Güter Salchow und Gargelin.

The shield with three heads, but placed in profile, appears for the first time on the seal of Henning Below from 1354 (Tab. XII. N° 3)
and likewise from Junghe Henning Below from 1409 (both from St.-A. Schlawe).
More recent information differs with regard to the shape of the bacchantes several times deviating from the above description and from each other which differences should be considered no less arbitrary than the fact that according to the new seal impressions available , the head of the helmet is adorned with a peacock tail, and that the grandfather of the respective owner of Runow combined the coat of arms described in the previous article with his shield, squared in one, and adorned with both helmets.
- 1354, left to Peter and Lorenz, Lord of Schlawe, Jasco, Lord of Rügenwalde, Carl von Massow, Abraham von Palow and Henning Below of the town of Schlawe, the village of Schwenzenhagen, on which is the seal mentioned above .
- 1409, Pennekow is mentioned as Sißgut of Junghe Henning below. (St.-A. Schlawe).
- 1410, Olde Henning Below, Duke Bogislai Rath, signs a document as a witness, whereupon Paul Kranksporn sold his share in the Lantow and Suckow estates to Duke Bogislaus.
- 1513, Georg Below and Jacob Kleist were compared by Duke Bogislaus X due to a disputed moor between Dobberzin and Schlennewiß.
- 1536 appoint Barnim and Philip, Dukes of Pomerania, whom Anton Below to his lawyer at the Reich Chamber Court, where Johannes Molner had accused her of having brought innovations in the customs and ceremonies of the church.
- 1604, Bertram von Below auf Garz became on March 17, privy councilor and director of the court of Duke Bogislaus, on July 1, 1629 prelate at Cammin, and in 1633 bailiff at Stolp.
According to a sample from last year, the family owned the estates of Wusterwiß, Peest, Starniß, Pennekow, Saleske and Gasse in this Landvoigtei, from which they had to provide 14 adult horses and a carriage with 6 horses.
